The theme for this year’s cooking camp is “Fun Foods and Favorite Foods.” Students will make (and enjoy): Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cupcakes, Soft Pretzels, Mac & Cheese, Mini-Meatballs in a spicy (surprise-ingredients) sauce, Biscuit Tortoni, Italian Ice Cream, and the class will vote on whether to make Chinese Fortune Cookies or Chocolate Chip Cookies. The cooking camp class, which is limited to 12 students, will learn basic baking and cooking techniques and secrets to success for recipes they will be able to recreate at home. The fee for the 5-day program is $80 and includes all ingredients and materials.
