Police Report: Man Assaulted in Home Invasion, Multiple DWIs

The following information was provided by the Police Department in Suffolk County. A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and does not belief.

David Sedacca, 22, of Caramel, NY was arrested July 25 at 2:30 Nesconset on charges of driving while intoxicated. Police said Sedacca was driving a 2007 Honda west on Smithtown Boulevard when he went to a red light and crashed into a van.

Lampree Ingram, 22, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested in Hauppauge with Ellibs Brittney, 21, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania July 25 at 2:20 p.Mr. on charges of peddling without a license. Police said Ingram and Ellibs were seen selling books, magazines and Bibles for a contest. The officers interviewed said they found the girls and the pair were operating without proper license.

Scott Perino, 29, of Patchogue, was arrested July 24 at 2:44 Hauppauge on charges of illegal possession of marijuana. Police said they saw Perino wandering aimlessly outside the gallery Bagel. When police approached and asked Perino for his identification, he pulled out a rolled marijuana cigarette. Perino was arrested on the spot and was also determined to be intoxicated.

Arcentales Mauro, 36, of Jackson Heights, was arrested July 23 at 4:20 Hauppauge on charges of driving while intoxicated. Police said Arcentales was seen driving a 2000 Lincoln westbound on lies, just east of Exit 57 when he failed to maintain his lane of travel. Police arrested after allegedly Arcentales failed a field sobriety test.

Adelino Santiago, Hauppauge, was arrested in Hauppauge, July 22 at 9:27 on assault charges. Police said Santiago entered a basement apartment, a local resident and began hitting the man in the head, face and ribs.The man had bruises on her face and eyes. Police said they do not know if the victim was hospitalized.

Matthew Blumenthal, 22, of Hauppauge, was arrested in Brentwood on July 21 at 10:30 am on charges of criminal possession. The police observed Blumenthal riding as a passenger in a 1995 Buick heading westbound on Highway North Service Road in possession of drugs. Blumenthal was arrested at Highway North Service Road and the intersection of North Brentwood.

Daniel Strollo, 25, of Nesconset, was arrested July 21 at 23:30 Nesconseton charges of criminal possession and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said Strollo was driving a 2010 gray Nissan north on Nichols Road when they ran his information. Police found Strollo was driving without a license. Police said they pulled over and Strollo, after a short search, found drugs in his vehicle.

Suspect wanted for Six Bank Robberies Apprehended - NEW YORK'S ...

The Suffolk County Police today arrested a man in East Elmhurst who committed two bank robberies in the county of Suffolk in the past month.

Following an investigation, Major Case Investigations Unit detectives arrested Michael Walsh at 10:21 near his home in East Elmhurst. Walsh stole the People's United Bank branch, located at 563 Lakefield Road in East Northport on June 30 and the branch of Chase Bank, located on Highway 721 Fort Salonga Northport on July 26.Detectives recovered numerous items of evidence that an air gun replica 9 mm, a police scanner, cash, a shoulder bag and other items linking it to flight.

Nassau County Police Department and the City of Newburgh Police Department were notified. The suspect was involved in the bank robberies in these areas.

Northport Village Police helped detectives to identify severe cases Walsh.

Walsh, 58, of 2405 89th St., East Elmhurst, was charged with two counts Robbery 1st Degree.It will be held overnight at the City of the seventh and is scheduled to appear in District Court in Central Islip begin July 30.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless convicted.
