Official Images from "The Amazing Spider-Man"
. With the first trailer for the film set to be released next week, these images give both fans and those not too sure about this film their first true look at what can be expected from the Spider-Man reboot.Included in these images are looks at the films major characters including Peter Parker (played by Andrew Garfield), Gwen Stacy (played by Emma Stone), Uncle Ben (played by Martin Sheen), Aunt May (played by Sally Fields) and Dr. Curt Connors (played by Rhys Ifans) who soons becomes the Lizard. We also get a peek at Spidey's mechanical web-shooters, his costume, some train crawling and even a bit of steam chemistry between Parker and Stacy.

Based on these photos, I'd say things are looking pretty good on the Spider-Man front. While many have been skeptical about everything from the castings to even wondering if a reboot was needed, this should certainly help calm things for a bit. Little Nicky, Hannibal Rising) performance as Dr. Connors should be good since he usually gives good performances but how will the depiction of the Lizard end up? Hopefully, we'll get to see this and more when the trailer premieres next week.

Even her kindness and love cannot soothe the nightmares and sorrows that plague him. Showing a cunning aptitude for science he is accepted into medical school, which serves to hone his skills and provide the tools to exact justice on the war criminals that haunt him day and night.
