It’s not mentioned in his p.r., but Tebeau is facing serious legal troubles back home in connection with a Woodstock-/Reggae on the River-style campout concert weekend called Schwagstock held at a park-like former summer camp he owns called Camp Zoe. Late last year the DEA filed charges alleging widespread illegal drug use at the festival. While his lawyers battle in court to stop the government from seizing his property, T-Bo is out on the road playing Dead tunes.

Most of the songs on this album are covers. But Jerry, when away from the Grateful Dead, always chose more cover songs than his own original compositions - even when the Jerry Garcia Band performed their more regular electric sets. In the electric shows, the material was more often by Bob Dylan or selections from Motown, rather than the folk songs on this album. Currently I'm working with a friend on a documentary film project about a Los Angeles band. My friend Jason and I have started a greeting card company called Grandmother's Fanny Game Greeting Cards. Cards are certain to amuse and offend. We're now shooting a series of short films that tie in with the cards. What else? I am fascinated by the Marquis De Sade and Elizabeth Bathory.
